How to Get Your Trustpilot Review Link
Good news first: you don't need a paid Trustpilot plan to collect reviews. Every business has (or can have) a public Trustpilot page that customers can review via a simple link. Here's how to get yours.
Your two links
- Your public page: trustpilot.com/review/yourwebsite.com — swap in your own domain (e.g. trustpilot.com/review/smithplumbing.co.uk). This shows your reviews and has a "Write a review" button.
- The direct write-a-review link: trustpilot.com/evaluate/yourwebsite.com — this one lands customers straight in the review box. This is the best link to send.
Step by step
- Type trustpilot.com/evaluate/ followed by your website's domain into your browser.
- If a review form for your business appears — that's your link, done.
- If Trustpilot says the domain isn't found, your business just isn't on Trustpilot yet — claim a free profile at business.trustpilot.com (takes a few minutes, no payment needed), then the links above go live.
Play by Trustpilot's rules
Inviting your genuine customers is exactly how Trustpilot is designed to work. What gets businesses in trouble: offering incentives for reviews, inviting only happy customers, or writing reviews themselves. Invite everyone the same way and you're golden — that's also the only way we operate.
Then put it to work
Paste your trustpilot.com/evaluate/... link into your Five-Stars Reviews settings, and every request we text takes your customer straight to the review box — the landing page will say "Leave us a Trustpilot review" automatically.
