How to Get Your Facebook Review Link

A plain-English guide by the Five-Stars Reviews team · Updated August 2026

Your Facebook review link takes a customer straight to your page's Reviews (Recommendations) section, where one tap lets them recommend your business to everyone — including their own friends. Here's how to find it.

On desktop

  1. Open your Facebook business page (logged in or not — the public view works).
  2. Click the Reviews tab (on some pages it's called Recommendations, or lives under "More").
  3. Copy the address from your browser's address bar. It usually looks like facebook.com/YourPageName/reviews.

On your phone

  1. Open your page in the Facebook app.
  2. Tap the ⋯ (three dots)ShareCopy link — that copies your page link.
  3. Add /reviews to the end of it (or just use the page link — visitors will see your Recommendations right there).

"My page shows a number, not a name"

Newer pages sometimes have an address like facebook.com/profile.php?id=123456789 instead of a name. That's fine — the link still works. Even better: give your page a username (Page settings → Username) and you'll get a clean facebook.com/YourBusiness address.

Stars vs Recommendations

Facebook replaced star ratings with Recommendations in 2018 — customers now tap "Yes, I recommend" and write a sentence or two. Don't worry: Facebook still shows a rating score on your page based on them, and Recommendations can appear in your customer's friends' feeds, which is the real magic.

💡 Test it first: open your link in a private/incognito window. You should see your page's Recommendations section with a clear way to leave one. If you see your page's timeline instead, that works too — just make sure the Reviews tab is enabled (Page settings → Templates and tabs → Reviews ON).

Then put it to work

Paste the link into your Five-Stars Reviews settings and every review request we text goes straight to your Facebook page — the landing page even says "Leave us a Facebook review" automatically.
