Do you write fake reviews?
Never. We invite your real customers to share their genuine experience. Fake or incentivised reviews break Google's rules and can get a profile penalised — the opposite of what you're paying for.
Can customers still leave a bad review?
Yes — we don't (and won't) block anyone from reviewing you. What we do add is a private feedback route, so an unhappy customer can tell you directly first and give you the chance to put it right.
What do my customers actually receive?
One friendly text from a UK number, written in your voice, with your review link — Google, Facebook, Trustpilot or TripAdvisor, whichever you choose. If they don't respond, one polite reminder three days later. Every message includes an opt-out.
How much of my time does this take?
About ten seconds per customer — you add a name and mobile number after a job (or upload a CSV). Everything else is automatic.
Do I need a website?
No. You need a Google Business Profile (the listing that appears on Google Maps). If you're not sure yours is set up right, that's exactly what the Maps optimisation add-on sorts.
Will this actually help me get more customers?
That's the point. Review count, quality and recency are among the local ranking signals Google itself documents — more genuine reviews help you show up higher in the map results, and a strong recent review profile is often the deciding factor when someone's choosing between three local businesses.
How long until I see results?
Review requests start going out the day you set up. How quickly your review count grows depends on how many customers you add and how happy they are — and ranking improvements typically follow in the weeks after your profile starts looking more active. No overnight-miracle promises; steady and real.
Do you only help businesses with bad reviews?
No — most of our customers are great businesses with too FEW reviews. Their happy customers just never got asked. That's exactly what we fix.
Is this only for businesses with lots of customers?
Not at all. Even 10–20 customers a month adds up to well over 100 review invitations a year — a steady drip that transforms a quiet profile.
